In the context of the repeated endorsement of the final draft of the Government decision on the approval of the draft law on unfair commercial practices, the European Business Association agreed to organize a technical meeting with the Ministry of Economy, represented by the Minister of Economy, Mr. Sergiu GAIBU and / or the responsible Secretary of State. . Vadim GUMENE.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, 19 April, at 11.00.
IMPORTANT: Taking into account the format of the meeting, it was agreed to have technical discussions on concrete articles in the draft law to be adjusted / excluded / amended with the necessary arguments, without invoking general approaches.
