On May 16, EBA participated in the Working Group Meeting of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
Among the topics addressed during the session:
- Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 558/2011 regarding emergency measures in the phytosanitary field;
- Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the recognition of breeding societies, breeding holdings and pig breeding farms.
