Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
Among the topics addressed in today's meeting:
- Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 558/2011 regarding emergency measures in the phytosanitary field to prevent the introduction and spread in the Republic of Moldova of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other related goods subject to the phytosanitary quarantine regime;
- Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the draft law for the amendment of some normative acts (Law no. 1100/2000 on the manufacture and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic production and the Vine and Wine Law no. 57/2006);
- Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft law to amend Law no. 341/2022 for the amendment of Law no. 172/2014 on the approval of the Combined Nomenclature of goods.
