In the context of the amendment of the national framework related to waste management and the implementation of the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (L1540/1998 and L247/2023) and following the initiation of the project implemented by EBA Moldova and realized with the support of OPTIM Project, funded by Swiss Cooperation in Moldova and implemented by Helvetas Moldova, EBA Moldova is organizing 3 regional workshops: Chisinau, Balti and Comrat with the theme: Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging Waste: legislative requirements for registration, reporting and payment of environmental tax.
