Study visit to Estonia and Sweden (5 days) for the EBA community - organized by the EBA Moldova team in partnership with Guzun Consulting and Victor Guzun.
Main objective of the visit:
- Learning best practices from companies with global reach in the following areas:
- Digitalization of business processes and digital solutions applied in multinational companies with more than 1000 employees;
- Implementation of the green economy principle in practice: actions, challenges, lessons learned, functional practices in the production of goods and services
- New trends/new business models, internationalization trends and business localization
- Employment friendly policies
- Access to finance/tools for business development and expansion
During the 5 days top managers from the EBA community were able to participate in more than 17 meetings and discussions with leadership from international companies in Estonia and Sweden such as Telia Estonia, OG ELECTRA - GROSSY Estonia network, Kuusakovski Group of companies Estonia, ALEXELA Estonia, Spotify Sweden, Ericsson Sweden, COOP Sweden network, Swedish National Board of Trade, Sweden, Stockholm Environment Institute Sweden.
In Estonia EBA members interacted with Mr. Gert Antsu - diplomat Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, responsible for relations with Moldova.
The visit culminated in a productive discussion with ES Ms. Liliana Gutan, Ambassador of Moldova to Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Finland, who presented the framework of activities of the embassy in these 4 countries, as well as shared a range of tools that companies can access for development purposes.
