Fiscal control procedures - Practical workshop dedicated to the community of accountants and financiers On October 5, 2023, the EBA organized a seminar on the new Regulation on the control carried out by the State Fiscal Service.

The event was opened by Mr. Petru Rotaru, Minister of Finance and Ms. Mariana Rufa, EBA CEO. The given seminar was held at the request of the business community following the amendments to the aforementioned Regulation, a process in which EBA members actively participated.

Thus, the experts of the State Fiscal Service presented and explained in great detail the new amendments, as well as concrete cases related to the application of the Regulation in question.

The State Fiscal Service was represented by the following experts: Ms. Rodica Boghiu, Mr. Vladimir Mîță, Mr. Dorin Balan, Ms. Stela Barbăneagra, Ms. Marina Rotaru, Ms. Domnica Cartera, Mr. Vasile Ababii. During this practical session, the representatives of the business community had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the application of this Regulation.
