The General Anti-Abuse Rule and Transfer Pricing – a priority topic on the agenda of investors in light of the integration of the Republic of Moldova into the EU.
On December 6, the "General Anti-Abuse Rule and Transfer Pricing" Practical Workshop took place.
The Investment Agency/Invest Moldova Agency with the technical support of EBA Moldova, organized a very productive and consistent workshop on the concepts:General Anti-abuse Rule and Transfer Pricing, which will enter into force on 01.01.2024.
The event was organized by the Investment Agency as part of the post-investment support of investors, with the support of the "Strong Enterprises and Municipalities for Moldova" project, financed by the Governments of Germany and Switzerland, implemented by GIZ Moldova and the technical support of EBA Moldova.
Thanks to the speakers Tatiana Stavinschi, Cretu Nicolae and Pavel Sarghi for the presentations and the effort put into developing a practical, explanatory, applicative content and case studies.
