In the period between 5-11 of July ,EBA organized a technical meeting delivered in 2 rounds on the proposals to the existing amendments to the legal framework on the data protection law;
The technical meeting is presided by Mr. Sergiu Bozianu, independent expert in the area of personal data protection.
As a result, EBA Moldova will present a position paper, which will then be submitted to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova for review.
EBA Moldova was represented by Alexandra Popa, Lobby & Policy Manager.
