On 29th of March, EBA Moldova participated in the meeting organized in the context of finalizing the "Draft Law for amending and completing some legislative acts", which provides for the release of criminal penalties for committing economic crimes, in connection with the continuation of reforms aimed at reducing the pressure sanctioning on the business environment and improving the investment climate. This meeting was organized by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
The session was held by Mr. Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
