Meeting of EBA members with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection representatives

On 14th December 2017, EBA members participated in a second meeting with representatives of the National Centre for Personal Data Protection, with the view of continuing to discuss the recommendations included in the EBA Position Paper on the new draft law amending the personal data protection legislation.

The main objectives of the EBA recommendations on the draft law pursue the correct transposition in the national legislation of the EU data protection rules (GDPR) in line with a reasonable and balanced impact on the private sector in Moldova.
