On April 2nd, at the BSO Academy, we discussed one of the most pressing topics for organizations today: Crisis Communication for Organizations
Together with Steluța Andrei and representatives from the business community and business support organizations, we discussed how to respond in difficult situations, how to craft clear and coherent messages, and why strategic communication can make the difference between a managed crisis and one that escalates.

- measurable indicators in crisis management
- examples and real-life situations encountered in organizational work
