Customer Experience - practical event offered by EBA and Moldcell
EBA in partnership with Moldcell shared best practices related to internal and external customer experience and customer relations during an event held on October 2nd in the Glia Impact Hub.
Practical experiences together with customer relationship tools were provided by Gabriela Ciupitu and Adrian Lipolit, founders of Customer Experience Romania.
Also, Moldcell, namely Carolina Bugaian, Vice President of the EBA Association Board and Moldcell CEO, Stela Chitoroaga, Moldcell Commercial Director and Adela Dorofei, Moldcell CTO and CX Board Lead, shared the company's experience in customer relationship, methodology and evaluation indicators and values in strengthening and developing customer relationship.
