On January 17, EBA represented by Eugen Cozmulici, Policy and Advocacy Manager, participated in the Working Group Meeting of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
The topics discussed during the meeting were:
1. Review of the Regulatory Impact Analysis of the Cyber Security Bill.
2. Examining the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Methodology for calculating the tariffs for the services provided and the tariffs for them and the Regulation on the way to form and use the special means of the Hydrometeorological Services
3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 158/2019 regarding the approval of the Quality Requirements for milk and dairy products
4. Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the authorization of the cutting of forest vegetation.
5. Repeated examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the activity of trust service providers.
6. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Decision on amending the Regulation on the quality of natural gas transport and distribution services, approved by ANRE Decision 422/2019.
