EBA Moldova, represented by Mariana Rufa, chaired the meeting on the implementation of the Services Directive, organized by the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
The meeting provided an important opportunity to present the Services Directive and how it is being transposed into national legislation.
In this context, Ms. Natalia Selevestru, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova, presented the process of transposing the Directive into the national regulatory framework.
The process is supported by the National Board of Trade Sweden, experts with extensive experience who shared international best practices and provided relevant information on the areas covered by this Directive.
