Within the Project "Civil society contributes to the inclusive and sustainable economic development of the country" implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the co-financing of Sweden through the Eastern European Foundation for 3 years, the capacities of the 6 business hubs were strengthened by training the executive teams within them, as well as organizing a series of activities for the consolidation of regional companies, beneficiaries of these Business Hubs.
Thus, during the 3 years:
- 46 Seminars were organized,
- 79 Position Documents were developed in such fields as GDPR, Labor Code, Energy and Renewables, Fiscal Policy, etc.
- 3 matchmaking visits were organized for the beneficiaries of the regional Business Hubs, to Cluj, Estonia and Iasi (textile sector).
Additionally, 20 regional companies obtained grants aimed at strengthening their export capacity. In this sense, the regional companies managed to develop their product promotion videos, including improving their promotion system on social networks and developing web pages.
About 200 regional companies were supported through practical and applied support and their management teams were strengthened.
