Dirk Schuebel highly appreciated the activity and accomplishments of EBA which started less than 2 years ago: "I haven't even dreamed that in such a short period of time, my idea, of creating an European chamber will take roots in RM. Just in two months, thanks to the vitality of Silvia Radu, president of EBA, to those 10 founders and several members, EBA was registered and launched with the assistance of European Commission, under the presence of European commissioner of taxation and customs union, Algirdas Šemeta, the entire diplomatic corps accredited in Chisinau and senior officials of RM. Today, EBA became a notable organization, represented by over 40 local and international companies that share the same values. The EU delegation in Chisinau will continue to support the efforts of EBA focused on the optimization of investment climate especially under the DCFTA framework in the nearest future", mentioned in his speech Dirk Schuebel.
Silvia Radu reiterated some achievements of EBA regarding the facilitation of some important legislative initiatives, addressing some specific issues concerning business environment, targeting of commercial partners abroad, support granted to young entrepreneurs and promoting certain projects of social and corporative responsibility.
More than 60 local and international companies from both sides of the Nistru river participated at the event.
