The new mandate of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) to disregard/reclassify transactions carried out by taxpayers, as well as the Requirement to prepare transfer pricing documentation for transactions carried out between related parties.
The mentioned workshops were organized by the Investment Agency, with the technical support of the European Business Association and with the support of the project "Strong Enterprises and Communities for Moldova" financed by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Government, implemented by GIZ Moldova .
