On 29th of March, 2023, EBA organized the online meeting of the Taxation Committee.
The committee was convened as a result of the meeting of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Finance in the field of taxes and fees, from March 21, 2023.
Thus, during the meeting, the most pressing and important problems encountered by the business environment related to the current provisions of Government Decision no. 10/2012 for the approval of the Regulation on the delegation of employees of entities from the Republic of Moldova and Government Decision no. 693/2018 regarding the determination of fiscal obligations related to income tax.
As a result of the discussions with the business environment, the most optimal solutions were identified and discussed, which need to be reflected in the content of the mentioned decisions and as a finality, they will be presented for promotion to the Ministry of Finance.
