It is said that the leader is the emotional compass of an organization because the big leaders are working for and with people and are managing them through emotions. In this context the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova (AFAM Moldova) and the European Business Association (EBA Moldova), in partnership with Tack International Republic of Moldova, organized on 6th of December 2013 a workshop “Power of emotions in Leadership.”
The event was facilitated by Mrs. Andreea Udrea Rădulescu (Regional Business Development Manager TACK International Romania, General Manager Republica Moldova), which presented the concept of emotional inteligence through personal and professional experiences, shared to the 60 lady’s present at the event.
Mrs. Andreea Undrea mentioned that “Whether it’s about the implementation of strategic initiatives, operational or of mobilizing and motivating the team for achieving common goals, successful leaders are emotionally investing. Successful leaders attract, develop and guide people.”
Based on this event the organizers have proposed themselves to highlight the idea that on the chair of leader/boss there is no inscription whether it’s a man or woman; in business, the appropriate attitude, the quality of professional competencies and emotional intelligence are those that make the difference.
