On July 7-8, a group of journalists from Moldova had a study visit to Bucharest, within the Academy of Economic Journalism, a program carried out by EBA with the support of its members.
On the first day of the visit, the group of journalists met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in Romania, Victor Chirilă, with Ludovic Orban, Member of the Romanian Parliament, Adrian Oros, Senator, Mircea Abrudean Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Romania, Bogdan Chirițoiu, President of the Competition Council in Romania.
Also, a visit was made to the public television station in Romania, TVR, and discussions were held with the team of journalists with economic profile.
The second day of study continued with four valuable and informative meetings.
The participants have visited the Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova and the Bucharest Stock Exchange, where Moldovan companies are already listed and which is interested in cooperation with our country. Here we met with the CEO Adrian Tănase and the president of ARIR (Romanian Association for Investor Relations), Daniela Șerban.
We had very useful discussions related to the creation of media content, planning, development strategy, the relationship with the authorities and much more at Ziarul Financiar and in the editorial office of Euronews Romania, a recently launched television station.
The Academy of Economic Journalism (AJE) is a program supported by EBA Moldova, conducted in the 3rd edition, which aims to develop skills / abilities in the economic field among journalists in the Republic of Moldova.
Every year, the program involved sessions with various experts, senior officials from the public authorities in Chisinau and the EU, on various economic topics, current issues related to the European course of the Republic of Moldova, issues in the field of financial banking, etc. in order to present the information from the first source and answer the questions of the general public.
