On December 12, 2023, the Practical Workshop "General Anti-Abuse Rule and Transfer Pricing" took place.
The Investment Agency/Invest Moldova Agency with the technical support of EBA Moldova, organized a very productive and consistent Webinar on the concepts: Anti-abuse General Rule and Transfer Pricing, which will enter into force on 01.12.2024.
The event was organized by the Investment Agency as part of the post-investment support of investors, with the support of the "Strong Enterprises and Municipalities for Moldova" project, financed by the Governments of Germany and Switzerland, implemented by GIZ Moldova and the technical support of EBA Moldova. Sincere thanks to the speakers Tatiana Stavinschi, Crețu Nicolae and Pavel Sârghi for the presentations and the effort put into developing a practical, explanatory, applied content and case studies.
