On 8th of April, EBA in cooperation with Agency Innovation - Business HUB Tiraspol, organized a practical coaching session on Business Negotiations.
The coaching session took place within the AdTrade project.
The speaker of the session was Vitali Popa, owner of AXA Management Consulting.
The expert talked about how to prepare for negotiations, how to achieve success and what to rely on in the process of negotiations with partners. The participants also learned about what the BATNA model is and learned about the most common tricks in negotiations.
The webinar is organized within the Project "Development of export capacities on both banks of Dniester" (AD Trade), with the financial support of Sweden.
