PwC Moldova launched the new edition of the PayWell 2012 organised for the 6th straight year!
The PayWell 2012 Salary & Benefits Survey can be used by company management as a useful tool to motivate and attract employees. Additionally, PayWell Moldova supports the HR department to adjust its remuneration policies within the current challenges and development of the market.
We do think that with the increase in the number of participants, the data regarding the Moldovan work force market becomes more relevant, representative and complete.
