CNPF Consultations on Standardizing Complaint Resolution Procedures in the Financial Sector

EBA participated in the meeting organized by the National Commission for the Financial Market to review the comments and proposals submitted by market participants regarding the draft Regulation on the management and resolution of complaints.

Discussions focused on a detailed analysis of the proposals received during the public consultation process, clarification of technical aspects, and the identification of balanced solutions that would ensure both the operational efficiency of financial service providers and adequate protection of consumer rights.
