EBA organized the training program on Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA)

On March 11–12, the European Business Association (EBA Moldova) held a training program on Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) under the RIA Program, bringing together representatives from the business community, public authorities, and business support organizations.

The course was led by expert Roman Laduș, who provided participants with practical examples and useful tools for understanding and applying impact analysis in the process of drafting legislation.

We also had the honor of hearing opening remarks from distinguished representatives of partner institutions, who emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional capacities and cooperation between the public sector and the business community in the process of improving the regulatory framework:
- Guido Beltrani – Director of the Swiss Cooperation Office;
- Bojan Kolundzija – Team Leader, OPTIM Project;
- Ion Lupan – Head of the Secretariat of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister;
- Vladislav Caminschi – Executive Director, National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova and Vice Chair of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity;
- Mariana Rufa – Executive Director, European Business Association (EBA Moldova).

The event was organized with the aim of strengthening dialogue between the authorities and the business community and promoting a predictable and effective regulatory framework.

The training program is part of the "BSO Academy," an initiative organized by the European Business Association, with the support of its members and in partnership with the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, and with support from the Swiss Government through the OPTIM Project, implemented by Helvetas Moldova.

We thank our partners and participants for their involvement and for contributing to the development of a more transparent and efficient regulatory process!
